Norma DeBellis was born on February 16, 1924 in Fairmont, West Virginia to Leonardo Cerisano and Lena (Stumpo). She passed away on August 21, 2013 at the age of 89. Family will receive visitors on Tuesday from 10-11:30am. A graveside service will take place at Ferncliff Mausoleum.
