Odd Roald Frivoll, at the age of 79, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on the morning of February 17, 2013. He was born in Arendal, Norway and came to the USA in 1955 where he settled in Nanuet. As a master carpenter, he started a construction company, Frivoll Construction which specialized in custom homes, alterations and additions bringing the art of fine Scandinavian carpentry to the Rockland County Area for over 50 years. Odd is survived by his wife Tone Synnove Frivoll, his 3 children, Gro Frivoll, Jan-Roald Frivoll and Synnove Frivoll-Zeepvat and his six grand children, Emily Anne Coyle, Molly Elizabeth Coyle, Charlotte May Frivoll, Erik Frivoll, Lars Zeepvat and Sonja Zeepvat. His brothers, Norman Frivoll, Leif Frivoll and sister Arnhild Stahl, in Norway. And his sister Ella Swindells in Pearl River. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 11 AM at Hope Community Church, 109 Middletown Road, Nanuet, NY. (845) 623-5866
