Richard L. Campbell, age 88, of Congers, New York passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Richard was born October 20, 1933.
A visitation for Richard will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc., 321 S Main St, New City, New York 10956, followed by a celebration of life at 12:00 PM.
