He was predeceased by his son Thomas R. Bolak, Jr., his parents, and sister Corrie.
Tom enjoyed spending his time in the kitchen or at the grill cooking up all kinds of delicious food, in the stands watching his grandchildren play sports, rooting on the New York Rangers and New York Jets, gardening, and hosting backyard parties where his legacy as the King of corn hole will forever live on. He enjoyed going on vacations with his wife and family, and spending time with his numerous 4 legged friends throughout the years, especially Tobias who was by his side until the end, and will miss him immensely.
