He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia, son, James and daughter, Maureen Bissinger. Tom has six grandchildren, James, Tara, Thomas John, Christine Boyle, Robert and Ryan Bissinger. He has one great grandchild, Guy Thomas Isidore. He retired as a Business Agent from UFCW local 464A in 1985.
Visitation will be held at Higgins Funeral Home New City, New York Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at St. Augustine's R.C. Church on Saturday 11:00 am. A memorial service will also be held at Kilclooney Chapel in Donegal, Ireland.
