Toni Anne Teitel passed away on April 3, 2013. She was born on September 25, 1949 to John and Anne (Melillo) Saraniero. Toni Anne is survived by her husband of 35 years, Stanley Teitel, children Jason, Paul Teitel and Lauren Anne Teitel, mother Anne Saraniero, and sister, Lucy Lynn. In addition to being a patient and popular teacher, Toni spent her life dedicated to caring for her family. She will be missed and cherished by all who knew her. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4th from 7-9pm and Friday April 5th from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Higgins Funeral Home in New City. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 6th, 10am at St. Augustine's Church in New City. Burial will followed at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet. In lieu of flowers, donations in Toni Anne Teitel's memory may be made to the Good Samaritan Foundation, 255 Lafayette Ave., Suffern, NY 10901.
