She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Dolores Moyer, and her brother, Donald “Donnie” Moyer.
She is survived by her loving children, Richard Baker and Candace Smith, and their spouses, Sari and Richard; as well as her sisters, Jean Lane, Margaret Goebel, and Judith “Judy” Kuhl; and her “found” sister, Marguerite Albrecht. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren: James, Noah, Samuel, and Zachary Smith, and Elin and Grace Baker.
Becky made friends wherever she went with her warmth, genuine kindness and humor, lifting others up with her light. She had a gift with plants and a deep love for animals. Every dog she met was an immediate best friend. Her gentle spirit and joyful energy seemed to speak their language.
She will also be remembered for her brownies. Proudly known among family and friends as the best in the world, they were more than just a treat; they were a symbol of her care, her generosity, and the simple joy she found in sharing something she made with love.
Her presence brought comfort, laughter, and connection to so many. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, humor, and love that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 28, 2026 from 5 pm-6 pm with a Prayer Service at 6 pm both at Kapala Glodek-Malone Funeral Home - 7800 Bass Lake Road, New Hope, MN.
