He is preceded in passing by his little sister, Julia Rose.
Max's Legacy will Live on through his parents, David and Patty; siblings, Nick (Samii), Jack (Allie), and Emily (Libby); grandparents, Haskell and Patsy Jack, Barbara Barr, and Richard Barr; nephew, Silas; and many other family members and friends.
Anyone who knew Max will tell you that he was a kind and gentle man, with a big heart. He loved his family deeply, and always kept family relationships a top priority. He was quick with a hug, a smile, a joke, or a goofy comment that would just make you laugh. He had a passion for video games and was fortunate to turn this into a career at Activision. He loved his job and those he worked with. Max enjoyed travelling, especially with his family, and spending quiet time in the Boundary Waters. He will be deeply missed and always loved.
