Paul was born November 14th 1955 in Reedsburg, WI. To the parents of Jerry and Betty Faga. Unfortunately at the age of 8 Paul’s loving mother Betty passed away after a courageous battle of melanoma cancer. Jerry, later married Marsha Cepres and she graciously took on the role of being a loving mother to him and his siblings.
Paul attended Reedsburg High School and Graduated in 1965. He was a kind and gentle man that loved deeply for those that he cared about. Paul had the gift of gab and anyone that met him became an instant friend. Paul had a special way with people, and was known to be the world’s greatest story teller. He knew how to make you feel seen and heard. He had a contagious laugh that brought so much joy to any room. Paul is going to be missed deeply by family and friends but most importantly his children and his dogs Molly and Lucy “the Girls”.
Paul is survived by his 4 children Meghan ( Scott) Holub, Lacinda (Devin) Clausen, Jemma (Jordon) Sather, and Anthony Faga. Paul also leaves behind 9 wonderful grandchildren. Ty Clausen, Dominic, and Dylan Medrud. Cameron, Gordon, and Silas Sather. Anna, Sarah, and Max Faga. Paul also leaves behind 4 sisters , one Brother, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by all 3 of his parents, a beautiful grandson Makale Medrud, and his two brothers Gary and Scott Faga,
A private service will be held prior to Paul being laid to rest at Fort Snelling National cemetery
An interment with military honors for Paul will be held Friday, September 16, 2022 at 12:30 PM at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
