

Elizabeth Teresa Wissinger, 81, of Garden City Park, New York, died Monday afternoon, March 25, 2014. She was the wife of William K. Wissinger, whom she met when they both worked for BOAC, now British Airways. She was the daughter of the late Alexander and Anna (Konkolics) Zelinski.
Elizabeth attended grade school in Berlinsville and high school in Palmerton. Although she moved to New York, a city and area that she loved, she also always kept her great love of the Lehigh Valley and the farm where she grew up.
Survivors include her husband William; daughters Stephanie Wissinger (Antonio) and Anne-Louise Scandariato (Anthony); sister Margaret Schell of Bird-in-Hand, PA; brother Lawrence Zelinski of Roseto, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews, who all knew her as Aunt Honey.
