Marion Lester Moore

Marion was a woman who appreciated the simple things in life. She found joy in spending time with her grandchildren and had a special love for Cajun dancing, which brought her great happiness over the years.

She is survived by her son Craig Nowell; her son Paul Nowell and his wife Robin; and her son Christopher Moore and his wife Theresa. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Kelly Nowell, Scott Needham, Brandon Needham, Lucas Moore, Elias Moore, Jace Moore, and Elijah Moore; and great grandchildren Audrina, Landon, and Maverick.

Marion was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Nowell; her second husband, Wayne Moore; her father, Roy Lester; her mother, Leta Richard Lester; and her brother, John Lester.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services.

Evangeline Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
