Waterford- Albert C. Taylor, 75, of Waterford, died Saturday, February 16, 2013 in New London Rehabilitation in Waterford.
Mr. Taylor was born on August 9, 1937 the son of Albert and Esther Staplin Taylor. He served in the US Coast Guard. He was employed for many years as a Union Painter.
