She was born on November 14, 1946, in New London, the daughter of James Edward Woodhall, Sr. and Alice Harriet Kelsey Woodhall.
She is survived by her sister Barbara Gengler of Boardman, OH and her loving family at Pepperbox Road.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home, New London is handling arrangements.
