Barbara Jean Marto

Barbara Cefalu (Barbie) Marto passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Mrs. Marto retired form AT&T and Department of Commerce (Census Bureau) A graduate from Sacred Heart Acadamy and a member ot the Greater New Orleans Twins Club Inc. She was a dedicated mother and Grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents Anthony (Tony) Cefalu and Gertrude Alma (Jean) Cefalu, her two son’s Donnie S. Higdon, Jr. and Dwayne J. Higdon. Survived by her companion of 24 years Eric Lehrmann, Son David Higdon and daughter Dawn Juge (Andrew) and 4 beautiful grandkids Andrew Juge, Jr., Austin Cavatio, Alyssa juge and Anthony (Tony) Juge. A sister Cyndi Beum and a host of wonderful nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass from the New Orleans Home of JACOB SCHOEN & SON, 3827 Canal St. at N. Scott; on Monday, December 27, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am until service time. Interment will in Cypress Grove Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed online at www.schoencanalstreet.com.
