Glenda was always so passionate for both her family and friends, entertaining us with her great sense of humor and inspiring compassionate nature. If she wasn’t telling a funny joke she just heard, she was reminiscing about relatives and events we didn’t know and passing along our heritage to future generations. She had a keen sense for telling a captivating story. The people she loved and cared for, also loved her for her life-long compassionate nature of giving time and financial support to help children and comfort the elderly. Her skill for creating the perfect dish will not be forgotten. Over her lifetime, she perfected her poker face and walked away a winner.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass from the New Orleans Home of JACOB SCHOEN & SON, 3827 Canal St. at N. Scott; on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 12:00 pm.
