This is cousin, Mike,son of Elise Bourgeois now 95.
I will never forget your parent's visit to me in 1956 when I was at Charity Hospital in the Polio Building. It was Mardi Gras and your parents were dressed as prisoners with striped black and white costumes with hats to match! This was just one of the many occasions I enjoyed their visits. From your slide show I have caught up, although I hadn't seen your mother since Uncle Tack's funeral. Their spirits live on! Mike LeBlanc , Prairieville, LA.

Susan & Gail I am so sorry to hear about Mrs. Lucille. She was a wonderful lady. I will never think of our childhoods without thinking of her. I know you both have many great memories that will carry you through this sad time. But know that the pain will fade and the good memories will become a comfort to you both. Mom sends her condolences to both of you. I've got you both in my prayers. Now Mrs. Lu is finally with Mr. Del again

Susan and Gail, I just read Aunt Lucille's obit in the paper.  Debbie and I along with Trey Gaspard have been working on our Bourgeois tree.  Your names came up.  I can remember the times when Uncle Tack and Aunt Lucille would visit Mamma in White Castle.  Debbie and I had fun playing with yall.  I can still see Uncle Tack sitting on the swing outside Mamma's house.  We hung outside alot for there was no air condition back in the day.  Your parents were good to Mamma.  Yall are so lucky to have your Mom and Dad  for such a long time.  I enjoyed the slideshow.  I can see the family love and unity.  Your family will forever be in my thoughts and prayers.
