I am not sure we are related, but the name Pavur is very familiar to me.  My late mother was Helen Nosacka Jung and my late father was Albert Jung.  We used to get shoes from a place called Pavur's as kids on St. Roch Avenue.
If we are related, please know how sorry I am to read about the death of Mary Ann.

I am deeply sorry to hear about Aunt Mary Ann - I will keep all of you in my prayers.  I hope you find comfort knowing that she is with our Lord now.

We send our prayers for Aunt Mary Ann's big family. She doesn't need them, as she is home in heaven today. She raised a wonderful, loving family in difficult times, and she always seemed to know what to do to make things work out. She is an inspiration.

Potato salad. Who can forget Aunt Mary Ann's potato salad? "Jimmy, quick, try this".(1st spoon full) "Wait, I didn't give you enough."(2nd spoon). "Oh let me add some vinegar (3rd spoon)...and some paprika (4th spoon). It needs more salt (5th spoon). I don't use mustard, taste and see if you think I should use mustard (6th spoon). By the 12 spoon full I could no longer walk. She loved us all so well. May she rest in peace.

Dear Cousins Jayne and Gayle and Bobby, Uncle Larry and Uncle Carol, and all the family: I join you in the sadness of this goodbye, even while I know that this separation will last only a short while.  You are very much in my prayers and masses.  We can all be happy to have seen and known such a good and faithful mother who did so much so humbly and with such care over so many years. God is blessing her now with a great fulfillment, I am sure, and a happiness that is more than we can possibly imagine.  I  will always remember Aunt Mary Ann as completely genuine, loving, and ready to serve where she could. You raised a wonderful family, Aunt Mary Ann, and your love left an impression on everyone who knew you. Thank you for all you have given us, all you have done, and all you have been, and may God give you all the light and peace and joy that is his, forever.

You will be greatly missed, Mary Ann,by all who knew and loved you.  I am grateful for having had you in my life, sharing all the joys and sorrows we ex-perienced.  I will always think of you as a saintly sister-in-law.  God has taken loving care of you and will continue to do so, because of your devotion to Him.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your mother.  Please accept my apology for not being able to attend the services.  My wife is undergoing a surgical procedure at Touro Thursday morning for the cancer in her kidney.  Your family is in our prayers.  God Bless.  Charlie (Butch) Moffett.
