William Henry Barr a New Rochelle Resident passed away Friday, June 5, 2015. He was 80 years old. William was born in New York City on October 16, 1934 and was the son of Thomas and Euphemia Dames Barr. He served in the United States Army from 1954 - 1956. He is survived by his children Pamela and William Barr.
