Daniel Lynn Delph

Daniel "Lynn" Delph, age 66 of Tazewell, TN, was born on April 9, 1960 and went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2026. Lynn passed away at UT Heart Hospital while waiting to have an Aortic Valve Replacement.

Lynn was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Delph and Genevieve Ramsey Walker and step-dad, James Walker.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Kelly Delph; step-daughter, Caitlyn West and step-son, Billy West (Mia Tucker); grand-children, Kennadi West, Tucker West, and Tate West; brothers, Danny Ramsey (Shannon) and James Walker Jr.; sisters, MaryAnn Clemons, Betty Lynch, and Linda Ramsey; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Lynn had many friends that impacted his life greatly over the years. He will be missed by many. He had a knack of chatting with anyone. Lynn didn't know a stranger, and loved to tell his "stories" to anyone that would listen. He loved life and he loved being outside doing yard work and mowing his yard. It gave him peace. But most of all, he loved his three grandchildren more than life.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Lynn at a later date with Pastor Turtle Ramsey officiating.
