Elizabeth Ann Lichtenwalner age 52 of Tazewell, TN was born June 4, 1960 and passed away August 8, 2012. She was known as Betty the Bird Lady. She raised and sold birds. She was born in Racine, WI.; lived in Norwich, CT for several years before settling here in Tazewell. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret E. Lichtenwalner (Mother) and Roy Lichtenwalner (Father).
