George Waddell of Tazewell, TN passed away November 16, 2016 as a result of an automobile accident. He was born November 18, 1942 and was saved as a child at Cedar Flat Missionary Baptist Church. He made his living for over 40 years as a truck driver. George was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Grace Waddell; sister Ida Jo Coffey and friends Lonnie Young and Shirley Wolfe.
Survivors include Daughter & Son-in-law: Michael and Teresa (Tracy) Bussell
Daughter: Ashley Waddell
Step-Son: Jamie Honeycutt
Grandchildren: Sammy and Alicia Widner; Stevie and Aleisha Widner, Destiny Bussell, Legacy Bussell and Chloe Waddell
Brothers: Farris Waddell, J.C. and Mollie Waddell
Sisters: Bertha and Gerald Miley, Pat and Lester Johnson, Joyce Czajowski and several nieces and nephews .
Memorial service will be held November 20, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. At TNT Church of the Living God.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers, donations in his name be made to TNT Church of the Living God building fund at P.O. Box 1345 New Tazewell, TN 37825.
