Harley "H.C." Cyrus Large

H.C. was saved at an early age and was a long-standing member of Duncan Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed talking to people about his family who he loved dearly. H.C. also had two dear friends Frank Short and Riley Wells.

He was preceded in death by his parents Vandell and Vena Large. Sister-in-law Diane Large.

H.C. is survived by his brother Reggie Large. Niece Stacie (Chance) Baird. Nephew Mark (Samantha) Large. Great nieces and nephews Chelsea (Josh) Carmack, Damon (Christina) Baird, Chelsey Large, and Ellie Large. Great-great nieces and nephew Anna Mae Carmack, Madison Carmack, Carly Carmack, and Issac Carmack. His roommate at Buchanan Place Robert "Bob" Fiore.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Buchanan Health and Rehabilitation for their wonderful care of Harley.

The family will receive friends on Thursday February 5, 2026 from 6 until 8 PM at Coffey Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 8 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel. A graveside service will be held on Friday February 6, 2026 at 2 PM in the Large Family Cemetery.
