Mossie Ray

Mrs. Mossie Taylor Ray age 77 of Tazewell, TN was born June 12, 1936 and passed away July 30, 2013 at the Claiborne County Hospital. She accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age. She was a member of Little Mulberry Baptist Church. She was a founding member of Hancock County Historical Society; Librarian for Little Mulberry Baptist Church for years. She was preceded in death by her loving husband L. Russell Ray and her parents, Johnny G. and Lassie Pendleton Taylor; brothers, Dewey B. Taylor, SR; sister, Lucy Taylor Crouch.

She is survived by her Niece by brother Dewey: Tandy Taylor Mallicoat (Todd)

Nephew: Dewey B. Taylor, JR (Kim )

Special great Niece: Taylor A. Mallicoat

Niece by Sister Lucy: Wendy Gregory

Nephew: Tim Gregory

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 P.M. Friday August 2, 2013 at Little Mulberry Baptist Church with funeral service to follow at 8:00 P.M. Friday night at the Little Mulberry Baptist Church. Graveside service 11:00 A.M Saturday at the Taylor Cemetery.
