Norsie R. Carroll

Norsie Rachel Carroll age 94 of Tazewell, TN passed away at Claiborne Medical Center on January 18, 2015. She was born September 11, 1920 . She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father Charlie Carroll and mother, Ovie M. Carroll; sisters, Unive Carroll, Okle Carroll, Maxie England and Oplee Stoner; brothers, James and Jessie Carroll.

She is survived by her sister Nellie Ruth Singleton of New Tazewell, TN
