Pansy Ruth Noe

Pansy Ruth Brooks Noe age 75 of New Tazewell, TN passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday August 22, 2013 . Pansy was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Pansy was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years Obie Brooks; parents Milard and Ninnie (Long) Surber; brothers Wayne and Ralph Surber; half brothers and sisters: Albert, Cecil, Armour, and James Surber; Maye Keck, Pauline Jobe, and Verdie Payne; Great Grandson: Michael Lee Brooks Ferguson.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years: Carson Noe

The family will receive friends from 3 until 7:30 on Sunday August 25th, 2013 with funeral service following. Burial will be Monday August 26, 2013 in the Martin Cemetery. Officiating: Rev. Travis Chumley and Rev. Ronnie Pressnell.

Pallbearers: Bill Cardwell, Robert Surber, Jeff Ogden, Clyde Ogden, Joe Williams, Mike Fultz, Michael Ogden and Bobby Ogden. Singers: Arby and Nancy Fultz, MCM Youth Group.
