Paula England Foster

Paula enjoyed reading, playing basketball and golf, loved to travel, watch the University of Tennessee play football, and volunteered her time to serve on political campaigns.

She is survived by her children Ashley Hall (Justin) and Phil Foster, sister Sebrina Ramsey, grandchildren Mason Hall, Elena Hall, Riley Hall, Declan Hall, Oakland Hall, Magnolia Hall, and Baylor Hall, nieces Leslie Meadows (Gary), Shaunta Wilson (Richard), and nephews Brandon Lambert (Sandy), Brian Lambert (Angela), as well as many great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by parents Arnetta and Eugene England, brother Kenny England, sister Rebecca England, brother-in-law Michael Ramsey, and godmother Wanda Gose Rayl.

There will be a funeral service on Tuesday December 31, 2024 at 3 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel. A graveside service will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
