Richard A. “Rick” DeBusk, known to many as ”Louie” DeBusk, age 55 of Tazewell, TN was born January 29, 1957 and passed away Monday March 26, 2012 . He attended Tazewell United Methodist Church. He loved his music and Alabama Football. He was retired from TVA and proudly served as Alderman for the City of Tazewell. He was preceded in death by his Father,” Big” Jim DeBusk, Mother-in-law, Betsy Hardin; Nephew, Jeffrey Lynn Hardin.
