William Scott Hatfield age 42 of New Tazewell, TN was born September 29, 1969 and passed away suddenly Monday June 11, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, Mathis Ray Hatfield; grandparents, Shade and Orpha Holt; Grover and Beulah Hatfield; sister-in-law, Karen Hatfield.

He is survived by his loving Wife: Amy Hatfield of New Tazewell, TN

Sons: Scottie Douglas, Tyler Matthew, Will Garrett and Korbin Reace Hatfield all of Tazewell, TN

Daughters: Claudia Johnson, Chloe Brooke and Kinzie Rose Hatfield all of New Tazewell, TN

A host of very special friends whom Scott loved dearly: Brett & Jessica Walters, Dave & Connie Hopper, DeWayne & Sandy Wilder, Daniel and Lacey Seals, Gary & Cynthia Ray all of New Tazewell, TN. Scott never met a stranger and always seen the good in every person he met along life’s pathway. Many were friends with him and loved him dearly.

Scott attended Chittum Chapel Baptist Church of New Tazewell, TN. for a number of years.

He was loved by many but gave love to each person he met along life’s path.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 P.M. Friday June 15, 2012 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell. Funeral service 2:00 P.M. Saturday June 16, 2012 at Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Elm Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
