William R Lanum

William "Bill" Raymond Lanum, age 84, of Tazewell, Tennessee passed away peacefully at his home in Tazewell, TN surrounded by his loved ones. Bill was born on July 19, 1939 to Robert T and Lucille Newman Lanum; in London, Ohio. He honorably served in United States Army, 82nd Airborne 1959-1962.

He was preceded in death by his son, Mark; parents, Robert T. and Lucille Lanum; his siblings, Charles, Susan, Joyce and John.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Wanda Sue Lanum;

His Daughter: Debra S. Lanum-Bledsoe;

His Son: William C. Lanum;

His Grandchildren: Misty, Mark E., William A., Ashley, and Dylan;

Great Grandchildren: Elijah, Talitha, Mason, and Myles;

His Brothers: James "Jim" R. Lanum;

four brothers-in-law, six sisters-in-law and numerous other family and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday September 2, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Coffey Funeral Home and funeral service will be at 3:00 P.M. Saturday in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Hopewell Cemetery.
