Zolian E Hicks

Zolian was a proud member of Sunrise Missionary Baptist Church. She loved her church and her church family. She enjoyed working in her flower garden, going to the lake, fishing, and riding around. Her pride and joy though, was her family and friends. She was blessed with wealth of close friends who were very special to her and always there when she needed them. Zolian was a loving friend, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband Billy R. Hicks; father of her children and first husband Hubert Pace; parents Tip and Ethel Earls; brothers Edward Earls, Tip Earls Jr., Ray Earls, Kenneth Earls, Cecil Earls, and Rufus Earls; sisters Louella Earls Surber and Linda Earls.

Zolian is survived by her daughter Barbara P. (Ben) Greer. Sons Wayne (Mary) Pace and Randy (Edna) Pace. Grandchildren Alyssa F. (Jotham Whitehead) Greer, Lance Wayne Ford, Bridgette Ford, Jackson Pace, Bobbie Jo Ford, Judy Nicole Pace, and Michael David Pace. Great Grandchildren Beau Alexander Whitehead, Nevaeh Cobb, Ereaunna Cobb, Bradley Ford, Kristopher Ford, Ilijah Ford, Destini Ford, John Woody, and Symphonie Ramsey. Sisters Joyce Earls Cook Rains and Georgia Earls Fultz. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday January 9, 2026 from 5 until 8 PM at Coffey Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Saturday January 10, 2026 at 2 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel. A graveside service will follow in the Oaks Cemetery.
