أختي الغالية، ما أصعب فراقك وما أوجع الغياب حين يكون بحجمك. رحيلك كسر في قلبي شيئًا لا يُجبر، وترك فراغًا لا يملؤه أحد. كنتِ قامةً في الأخلاق قبل أن تكوني جمالًا في المظهر، جمالك خارجيٌّ يسرّ العين، وداخليٌّ يلامس الروح. اشتياقي لك ليس أمرًا عابرًا، فأنتِ الأخت الحنونة، النبيلة في أخلاقك وقيمك، القديسة في أفكارك، في تصرّفاتك، وفي أفعالك. خسارتك كبيرة في حياتي وقلبي، ودموعي تنهمر وأنا أخاطبك، لا أجد كلمات تكفي لحبي وحسرتي عليك. أسأل الله أن يمنحني الصبر والسلوان على فراقك يا أختي، وأن يجعلك في عليين مع الصالحين.

My beloved sister, how hard your farewell has been, and how painful absence is when it comes in your magnitude. Your departure broke something in my heart that can never be mended and left a void no one can fill. You were a pillar of morals before being beauty in appearance—an outer beauty that pleases the eye and an inner beauty that touches the soul. My longing for you is not ordinary; you were the kind and tender sister, noble in your ethics and values, saintly in your thoughts, in your behavior, and in your actions. Your loss is immense in my life and in my heart. My tears fall as I speak to you, unable to find words that can express my love and sorrow for you. I ask God to grant me patience and comfort in bearing your loss, my sister, and to place you among the righteous in the highest heavens.

What can I say… words feel so small in front of a loss like this. Even though I am still young, and distance was often a barrier between us, I always felt your presence through the stories I heard. Every time your name was mentioned, it was always with love, admiration, and respect. People spoke about your kindness, your warmth, and the gentle spirit you carried wherever you went.

They say true beauty comes from within, and from everything I’ve heard, you were the perfect example of that. Your heart was generous, your words were comforting, and your presence brought light to those around you. You left a positive mark on every life you touched, and that is something truly rare and precious.

Losing someone as pure and loving as you is a great sorrow for all of us. But at the same time, you leave behind a beautiful family who carry your values, your strength, and your love. Through them, your spirit will continue to live on.

My deepest condolences to Uncle Farouk, and to Rayia, Rania, and Karin. May God give you all strength, patience, and comfort during this difficult time. Aunt Aghnie, may your soul rest in eternal peace. You will always be remembered with love. ♥️

Aghnie was a woman’s woman in every sense. People were drawn to her loving spirit and beautiful energy. She moved through life with such grace, yet her presence was powerful and unforgettable. Her love and support meant more than words can say. Not a day goes by that I don’t feel your presence in my heart. You were truly an angel on this earth. Beautiful in your smile, in your soul, in the way you loved without limits. Anyone who was lucky enough to know you felt warmth just standing near you.

I miss your voice. I miss your laugh. I miss the comfort of knowing you were just a call away. But even in missing you, I feel grateful, because having a sister like you was one of the greatest gifts of my life.

You are a beautiful soul, full of love, and you were always kind to me when I was growing up in Lebanon, when I visited you in New York, and when you visited us in London.

My sister was a lady in every sense of the word — graceful in spirit, refined in manner, and elegant without effort. 
Aghnie, you were my beginning and my constant. We grew up together, sharing the same home, the same family, and the moments that shaped our lives and our bond. Family was everything to you — you held us together with love, loyalty, and quiet strength, always placing others before yourself. You understood me without words and loved me in a way only a sister can. Your gentle soul and generous heart touched everyone who knew you, and now you are an angel watching over those you cherished so deeply.
