Brooke attended St. Hilda's & St. Hugh's in New York City and later the Bronx High School of Science. She attended the University of Southern California and later earned her Juris Doctorate from the Emory University School of Law. Brooke was admitted to the bars of Arizona and New York and practiced law for many years in both jurisdictions.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Paul Rafferty of New York City, her father, Paul Ewing Walker of New York City, and her mother, Dr. Russell Walker of Cave Creek, Arizona.
A viewing will be held at the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Home on Monday, June 27th, 11AM-1PM. The funeral will be held the same day at 3:30 PM at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine, St. James Chapel(1047 Amsterdam Avenue at 112th St.)
