George Bejar

A devoted son, loving brother, uncle, nephew, and friend, George is survived by his mother Rosa Convers, his brothers Alfredo Bejar and Carlos Bejar, his sisters Irene Convers Esposito and Tatiana Bejar Olson, tio Hector Bejar, and sobrinos Cate and Nico Esposito, and Joaquin and Dorian Olson. George was predeceased by his father, Jorge Bejar.

The family extends their heartfelt thanks to Diana McKenzie and Kelsada Nisbeth, for their longstanding care and commitment to George.

A graduate of Uniondale High School and Hofstra University, George pursued his many talents, including in the medical and IT professions, in Uniondale, Rockland County, and New York City. George was a lifelong animal lover (especially dogs), sports fan, and foodie. George enjoyed traveling, taking photos, and celebrating together, often hosting family and friends who visited NYC.

We will all miss his kindness, generosity of spirit, and sense of humor. He was optimistic, a fighter, and always saw the best in people.
