Georgeann is survived by her sister Marilyn Sue Davidson of Ohio; her niece Lisa L Davidson.
Georgeann was preceded in death by her husband Fred Sohn; her son Stephen Clark; her father Raymond Johnson and her mother Pearl Johnson.
A visitation for Georgeann will be held Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Walter B. Cooke Funeral Home, 352 East 87th Street, New York, NY 10128. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Thomas Church, 1 West 53 Street, New York, NY 10019.
