Norman Dubrow, age 97, beloved husband of Scott Coleman, friend of many and art collector extraordinare, passed away February 16 after a brief illness. Born February 5, 1927 in New York City, he graduated from City College of New York, and was awarded a Masters degree from Columbia University. As an engineer, he worked for decades in the offices of the NYC Controller. He donated many works of contemporary art to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Walker Art Center. He enjoyed being au courant.
