Beloved mother of Stephen H. Brill and Laura W. Brill. Cherished grandmother of Jackson, Sophie and Benjamin. Loving mother-in-law of Ellen Evans.
She was an esteemed pediatric radiologist, who taught and practiced for decades at New York Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center. She was beloved in her profession as a teacher, mentor, and colleague. Her legacy will endure through the countless lives she touched and patients she helped heal.
A private funeral will be held for close family and friends. Details about a memorial service will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to either Brooklyn College Foundation, Inc., Brooklyn , NY (Jack Wolfe Memorial Fellowship Fund) or Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA (Center for Research in Women’s Health Science).
A graveside service will be held on December 1, 2024, at 11:30 am at Beth David Cemetery, located at 300 Elmont Rd, Elmont, NY 11003.
