Regina and I have been friends in many adventures in skiing, the arts and the exploration of Greenwich Village and was the kindest and most compassinate friend anyone could ever ask for.

Her constant whimsical view of life and its many quirks always left me with a smile, and was something I looked forward to whenever I came to the city.

I will think of her every time I drive to the NYC and pass by Calvary Cemetary,it was God's blessing that I came to know and love her.

May God grant her peace, and let perpetual light shine on her. I will always remeber her.

Carl and I were so deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Regina. We always enjoyed all our talks with her and her great wisdom she had on life. She was always very supportive of Carl's music and would come to see him play many times.There are so many things we will miss about Regina but most of all her smile, warmth, willingness to always help and lend a hand and just being "Regina" ... prayers go out to the family for peace and comfort during this sad time. May she rest in heavenly peace now with the Lord. Sincerely,

Regina was my first contact with the Corps of Engineers over 30-years ago when she was working with  Operation Div. Eastern Permit Section.She was always the consumed professsional and always willing to go the extra mile for our client and staeholders. She will surely be missed.

Sad news to hear that Regina is gone at this happy time in her life.
I have known Regina and Stan since 1983 when I joined the COE.  I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Regina on many projects. She was great to work with and she was a very nice person.

May God have mercy and bring you to everlasting peace

I had the privilege of knowing and working with Regina just few months after joining the Corps, she was always willing to help me eventhough we were from different disciplines, I still can remember the times she will drive me back to manhattan after september 11th, when we workt at Caven Point, NJ.  Few of us packed in her car:), also the trips to Ft Drum when design branch was called to develop the Modularity phases.  Seating late at night in the restaurant after working 12 hour days:), very good memories,  She will always be remember, Stan my deepest condolenses.

I have 2 memory entries for Regina.  The first one is during the time we both went to Germany for TDY the first time.  Regina and I travelled to Amsterdam together.  At that time, I was still very inperience about world traveland at the beginning it was unpleasant for me such, as the amenities and accomdation in a foreign.  Thinking about it, I was glad Regina was there, she seemed so easy going and relaxed.  Because of her, we went to some unforgettable places, like the Rembrandt Museum, Van Gogh Museum, and the Anne Frank House, just to name a few.  I am really grateful that she was there.

The second one was story she told me when Regina and Stan went on a trip to Paris.  She told everyone it was a fun trip for both of them, and how they both danced in public along the Seine.  She desribed their dance with an immense sense of freedom and innocence, all of which is remarkably represented by their companionship.  As a friend I am honored to have been shared with such a beautiful story. I will never forget it.  - Andrew Chan
