A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM HIS SISTER DEBBIE
To my family: Charles will be deeply missed, let us not be sad because he would want us to celebrate his life. Let us rejoice, and be happy for Charles because he is with the Lord. We all knew that Charles was the life of the party, and will forever be the life of the party because he still lives in our hearts.
With much love to my family, the Mississippi “Sista”
