She is survived by her remaining sister, Phyllis Deloge of Ft. Meyers, Florida.
She is also survived by her three sons, Lacy Dowell of Las Vegas, Nevada,
Larry Dowell of Bakersfield California, and Buford Watts Jr of Lake Havasu, AZ.
Dulcena has 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren who live in various parts of the country.
She was a proud member of the Toledo Ohio branch of the Eastern Stars which is the women's division of the Masons that her husband William was a member of.
She lived an eventful and adventurous life.
Dulcena loved plants and had a green thumb. She had a ranch in Northern California just to raise her small animals and her very large gardens.
Dulcena (known to all of us as Doris) will be missed greatly by all. She is now with the one that she loved the most.
