Evangelina Parga Viramontes passed away on Friday, September 5, 2014 at the age of 82. She was born on March 4, 1932 in Santa Monica, California to her parents, Alfonso and Francisa Parga. Evangelina was a homemaker for most of her life. She was also a practicing Catholic.
Evangelina is preceded in death by her husband, Celio M. Viramontes; and her daughter, Elia V. Cardenas. She is survived by her children, Alberto Viramontes and Martha (Victor) Santana; four siblings, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, as well as, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 9:00am in the Chapel of the Oaks, located at Eternal Valley Memorial Park. A rosary will begin at 10:00am and the funeral services will follow at 11:00am.
Evangelina was a loving and caring woman. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.
