Holton W. Gibson

Holton served in the United States Navy for 18 months during World War II and he worked in pest control and fumigation for 40 years and was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Holton is preceded in death by his father, William Abner Gibson; his mother, Reeta Iantha Campbell and his first wife, Marva Joan Elson.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Patricia Gibson; his daughters, Lisa (Jeff) Kellogg, Amber Gibson (Jerett Palmer), Kim Miller, Kelley (Robert) Dykes and Kandi Stovall; his sons, Jason Gibson, Dustin Gibson, Luke Gibson and Gil (Carla) Gibson; his grandchildren, Crystal Miller, Justine Hunter, Morgan Dykes, Logan Dykes, Gregory Gibson, Madeline Gibson, Brody Gibson, Madison Kellogg, Bella Kellogg, Mason Gibson, Payton Gibson, Johnny Charles and Savannah Stovall; one brother, Gary Gibson and two sisters, Ann Gibson and Jackie Villarreal.

Holton loved his family, God and country! He loved to work in his cactus garden and wear his cowboy hat and cowboy boots. In his spare time, he loved to “invent” things.

A graveside service will be held Monday, October 21, 2013 at 11:00am at Eternal Valley Memorial Park 23287 Sierra Highway Newhall, Ca. 91321

He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
