Luis was born on March 25, 1952, in The Bronx, New York City, New York. He moved with his family and settled in Pacoima, California at the age of 10 years old. He worked for Carnation Company for many years before transitioning and retiring as a Pool Plaster Technician. His favorite hobbies and passions include building model cars from scratch, family gatherings, and loved riding his bicycle. Luis touched our hearts by his selfless and countless acts of kindness, always giving what he could and never expecting any favors in return. He entered a room looking his best with his hair and beard neatly combed, bandana tied properly around his neck (just like a cowboy), and who could ever forget his welcoming smile and contagious laughter.
He is survived by his mother Lydia, brother and sisters Jennie, Freddie, Lydia, Joseph, and Margie. Loved and adored by all his nieces, nephews, and Brother/Sister-In-Law
Luis is preceded in death by his father Luis Nazario Sr. and nephew Larry Duran Jr.
