Eileen was born to parents, Grace and Ralph Pickens on August 31, 1924 in Norwich, Ohio. She passed away in hospice care at Moorpark Health Care Center in Moorepark, CA at 12:18pm on Monday, April 20, 2015. She was proceeded in death by her parents Grace & Ralph Pickens, her three younger sisters, Marjorie "Jean" Pickens, Ruth and husband Frank Garner, Lois and husband Robert Osler, nephews Ralph and Scott Osler and niece Jane Marie Brock. She had one daughter, Lynn (Eastburn) and son-in-law Frederic Miller. Two Grandsons: Keith Robert and wife Stephanie Miller, Michael Albert Miller and one Granddaughter, April Eileen Miller. She also had two Great-Grandchildren, Madelynn Christine and Derrick Milton Miller and many loving nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She was a member of the Eastern Star and loved the LA Dodgers. She attended the LA Dodger game last August for her 90th Birthday!! She will be missed by all.
