One of my memories that I will never forget is always how cool and confidant Myles was as a kid.   He was so sure of himself when he would listen to music and I remember one time in the mid 70's we were listening to a small obscure band called Styx and he told me that they would be big someday.  Well, he was right.   I will always remember him when one of their songs comes on the air.   I only saw him a few times as an adult but his confidence stuck with me and I learned from that, so for that, I thank you Myles. Myles, we didn't get to meet you many times.   But when you came East to visit your Dad, you spent time with us at Sacandaga Lake at our lakehouse.  I remember you, or maybe you and Monty, carrying him down to the lake, to enjoy the day, the family,  and being near the water.  You were a caring and loving son and brother.  I wish I could have known you better, and more.  So difficult, when on opposite sides of the country.
 
Give your dad a huge hug from me, and rest in peace, with him.

I remember, on the Brown family trip in 71, miles and I built one of those flat piece,  put together dinosaurs it's like two and a half or three feet tall,  a special memory I also remember,  I think it was miles at Aunt Shirley's place that when she had the pool,  I was in the shallow end and I drifted into the deep end and I don't remember except waking up miles is bedroom,  so I thank Miles for saving my life. Lord please accept miles into your house lord, so thankfully he has been saved, just as he saved me.

Dear Myles, 

I feel so lucky and blessed that you were my brother in law and part of my life for the past 33 years.  

I have so many wonderful and fun memories, from all the Thanksgivings and Christmases at your mom and Bob’o’s, the trip to Cambria to visit your dad and Cathy, the overnight off road trip in the desert and all the good times spent with you and Dana.  I will cherish those memories in my heart forever.

When I look up into the sky and think of you, I will know that you are now at peace.  I will always remember your beautiful face and kind heart.  I love you Myles and miss you very much.

 We never saw enough of you thru the years, but when we did you were always the most pleasant person around!  I am so sorry for your struggles.  Rest in peace now and may God Gather you close to His most Sacred Heart and Love you always.  You were so young..  a decent and kind man....   what this world needs more of.  We will miss you.

Dear little brother,

There's nothing over the years that hasn't been said.  We wanted nothing but the best for you always.  The "golden ring" was always there.  Ya just had to grab it.  Wish there were a way we could've changed something, anything, to make everything alright.

So if you hear me bending your ear, know it's because we love you.  I'll never stop talking to you, sharing life and all it's glory.

I was always glad to refer to Myles as my brother in law. He was that and more. He would always have that friendly smile, what ever the conversation was that we were having.  We talked motorcycles, Bonneville racing and old hot rod things.  A just plain friendly, nice guy.  Even though we did not see each other that much in recent times, i will always remember him and our get together's. Hope they need a good parts man in Heaven, because now they have one. Rest easy my friend.

Miss you already Myles.  Rest in peace, thanks for always being there for me , and being so helpful to me . Thought of you like a son , wanted to whip your butt like a son sometimes too , but you were you, and you lived your life  the way you wanted , and that's the way it's supposed to be.  Won't forget how good you were to all the kids in the neighborhood,  Buddy was telling me today,  that he misses you already. We will watch over Dana , and  Hunter , the cat, so rest in peace kiddo.
