Pete Martinez Jr.

Pete Martinez Sr., age 70, of Lancaster, California passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024. He was surrounded by loved ones at his bedside until he gained his Angel wings.

Pete was a Veteran, he served in the United States Marine Corps in his early age.

He was preceded into death by his Parents Sabro Pete Martinez, Socorro Martinez, Brother Jimmy Martinez, Son Pete Martinez Jr, Brother Joe Martinez.

Pete was survived by his Daughter Becky Martinez Pease, his Wife Christine Martinez, Grand Children Rochelle Martinez, Andrew Martinez & Jayden Pease, his brothers and sisters Mary, Robert, Frankie, Johnny, Jeannie, Debbie and his brother/sister in laws, all his nieces & nephews/ great nieces & nephews.

Pete enjoyed spending his time with his family, walks through the park and hanging out with his friends. He often had bbq’s with his friends at the park and enjoyed life in the moment.

Since childhood, Pete shared a very close relationship with His Tio Ruben and Tia Loli Vargas and cared so deeply for all his cousins from every side of his family.

In addition to his love for his family, Pete shared the same love and was very close to our Lord and prayed daily.

During Pete’s final days with us, he made sure to let his daughter, family and friends know not to be sad of his passing but to be happy he will no longer be in pain.

Pete will be missed by many, but will always be in our hearts.
