Dear Ida, Tom and Family.  It with a heavy heart that we express our deepest sympathies in learning of Ray's passing.  Ray always greeted everybody with a smile.  I can recall as a kid after visits to Dr. Good seeing Ray working in the pharmacy with his contagious smile.  Then seeing him annually at our family reunions with everyone, what a nice man. Quick to smile,with a firm handshake and bright eyes, his physique and personality always belied his years .the pride in his family was deep and he could "catch you up " on all their doings in 5 minutes..;so sad I will not meet with him at Eat'n Park again..; so happy he was surrounded by the people he deeply loved.

Ida, Tom and Family,  So sorry to learn about Ray.  For many years going to DiStefano's, and then frequently at St. Elizabeth's, we would see Ray and Ida.  When I think of Ray the word "gentleman" quickly comes to mind.  He always had a smile and a compliment.  The picture above is very appropriate as it captures his always pleasant outlook. Mrs. Kukura, Tom and family--
I am sorry for the loss of Mr. Kukura. I have fond memories of playing basketball in your driveway when I was a young teacher at Pleasant Hills Middle School. I have always, based on those interactions early in my career, admired your family and your approach to life. May your faith, memories, friends, family and love sustain you during this time and the coming days.

I am truly sorry for your loss.  I rode with Ray a few time to Amslers (I worked next door and lived by him) He was truly a very kind and humorous man. The photo is the best...it is exactly how I remember him. One of our last conversations was how his wife and him were going to CA to be with family, I am happy that he was able to spend time with the people he loved the best. Again my sincere sympathy and prayers.

I will miss Uncle Ray.  His smile could light up any room and his laugh was certainly contagious.  Truly someone with a big heart that you would want to be your friend.  Rest in Peace Uncle Ray.

Ray Kukura... always there at Di Stefanos to fill our prescriptions, to outfit us with Halloween costumes, to fill our Easter baskets with Gene and Boots candy, and to help us select wonderful Xmas gifts for Mom and Dad.  Thank you for always greeting us with that welcoming smile and remembering our names. Your beautiful wife, Ida, was the best buyer for jewelry, perfume, and makeup. You will be sorely missed by all of the Leete children who used to walk to your store.
