Richard attended Mark Keppel High School in Alhambra and Cal State.
Richard was a retired Air Force Captain. He was stationed at nine bases in the United States as well as bases in Spain, Turkey, Libya, England and Vietnam. Captain Siegert won Commander with Meritorius Service Award and he received the Air Force Selfless and Dedicated Service Award.
Richard recently spent 10 years as a warehouse manager at Do-It-Yourself in Valencia.
Richard loved golf and bowling and he was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Husband of Sandy; Father of Dan (Stasha) and Bob (Kristy); grandfather of Danielle, Macey, Garrett, Lindsey and Tyler.
