Frances Bernice Campbell

Born December 11, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Lester Martin Arndt and Dollie Mae Deal Arndt.

Bernice was a member of May’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Maiden and a longtime member of the Newton Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. She retired from Lincoln County Memorial Hospital as an LPN.

Bernice loved her family and was especially fond of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack D. Campbell; and her brothers, John L. Arndt and Melvin J. Arndt.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Jack Steven Campbell and wife, Janet; daughter, Deborah Campbell Falls; grandchildren, Mica N. Falls, Kara Minter and husband, Chris, Holly Campbell, Melissa Garcia and husband, Edgar, Ron Meinhardt and wife Tatiana; great grandson, Justin; and 6 great granddaughters, Ava, Emelie, Haeley, Hannah, Summer, and Elliana.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at May’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Maiden, with Rev. Byron Alexander and Rev. Dr. Susan Roddey officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
