Margaret Fish Lowrance

Born August 28, 1942 in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late John Mitchell Fish Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Hollar Fish. She was the former owner/operator of Lee-Hi Beauty Salon in Conover and a devoted member of Ebenezer Lutheran Church of Catawba.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wayne Lowrance; brother, Johnny Mitchell Fish Jr. and stepdaughter Judy Waddell.

She is survived by her son, Rodney Mitchell Lowrance and wife, Deanna of Catawba; daughters, Margaret “Peggy” Lowrance Rathbone and husband, Ricky of Catawba, Kimberly Lowrance Lytton of the home, Stephanie Lowrance Pannell and husband, Shannon of Claremont; twin sister, Mrs. Donald “Grace” Simmemon; grandchildren, Andrew Lowrance of Catawba, Erika Lowrance of Catawba, Tanner Rathbone of Catawba, Cole Lytton of Conover, Spencer Pannell of Claremont, Sawyer Pannell of Claremont and special cousin, Eddie Forbis.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Lutheran Church of Catawba with Rev. Rosa Erikson officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p .m.
