Denise was born in Hoboken, NJ on March 31, 1970 to Richard and Evelyn Amabile. Denise grew up in Stillwater before settling in Hampton Township, NJ, 27 years ago. Denise cherished spending time with her beloved grandson and had a love for cooking and crafting. She also enjoyed spending time at the beach in the Outer Banks.
The beloved wife to Mark Zappa, Denise is also survived by her sons, Steven Zappa and his wife, Kiersten and Jared Zappa and his wife, Katie; her grandson, Hudson Zappa and her brothers, Richard Amabile, Jr. and his wife, Tanya and Daniel Amabile and his wife, Lindsay and many loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High St., Newton, NJ. A memorial service will begin at 8:30 p.m.
